Must have for any 3D enthusiast. There’s a lot of dept and the image quality is fantastic. One of the few 3d movies I rewatch frequently because the 3d really helps me feel immersed into the environment. Can’t recommend this one enough.
Popouts are limited but some scènes do really pop into your living room/home cinema.
This movie should be in a 3d movie collectors library. Cameron once again brought another world into our own. I wouldn’t call it the directors masterpiece, but he did such a great job utilizing his resources. And if you like sci-fi then idk how you haven’t seen this movie multiple times since it’s release.
Phenomenal not only for the revolutionary use of 3D, but it really helped on how to use it in a non gimmicky way. That may not appeal to every 3d enthusiast, but it helps build the world more than takes away from it. I love how a log splinters in one scene and you watch detritis fly at you. I think it’s really cool.
