Guardians of the Galaxy 2 3D

The music wasn’t as good as part 1 but still had some great stuff.

Acting was still top notch. The young Kurt Russell scene freaks me out. I remember when I watched this movie the first time I kept saying, “He looks just like Kurt. No one looks like him, but he’s a dead ringer! It has to be Kurt Russel.” It’s just so amazing that they were able to do this so well in CGI. He did not look fake at all. Russell had to love getting this role.

Rocket’s face is just so awesomely done. I just love him.

The plot line was about family and quite good. Think I still liked the first movie’s better though.

There are four short skits during the credits. Of course my favorite was Stan Lee. The colors on that one are so beautiful.
There are extras on the 2D disc including director’s commentary. While watching these I can’t believe how cheap the movie looks in 2D to me.

Part 3 is scheduled for May of 2023. Let’s hope it gets a 3D release both in theater and for the home….and that it is done as well as the first two.
