First off, it’s a fantastic use of 3D. Sometimes so much that it looks/feels fake. Plenty of pop outs for those diehards. You know it’s going to be good when someone rinses their mouth and you jump and close your eyes. hahaha
My other two favorite scenes for 3D were the prehistoric fish scene and the mine shaft ride that felt like a roller coaster. I wish they would have kept that point of view with the camera.
I giggled at the scene with the stereopticon. A little 3D nod/joke within a 3D movie. And how about that dinosaur slobber?
Of course I had to listen to the commentary. Brendan Fraser was saying he was upset about having man boobs in 3D and someone should have told him.
I enjoyed the storyline. Good interpersonal relationships that made you care, tense scenes to get you into it, and some comedy to allow you to breathe.
